SNOOGICROCHET LTD (“we”, “us”) prints and ships physical apparel through our fulfillment partner to customers worldwide. This policy explains how and when your order arrives. Questions? Email [email protected].
Order processing
Our tees are printed to order. Most orders are produced and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days of payment. During peak periods (new drops, holidays) processing can take a little longer; we’ll email you if there’s a delay.
Shipping times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. When your parcel leaves our facility we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. If you don’t see it within 6 business days, check spam, then contact us with your order ID.
Shipping costs & destinations
Shipping options and any applicable cost are shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. For international orders the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute a parcel once it’s with the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping costs may apply).
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, email [email protected] with your order ID and (for damage) a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
