These Terms govern your use of https://druvixora.store (the “Site”) and any products purchased from it. 1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that the payment instrument is your own.

3. Products

All items sold on the Site are physical apparel (t-shirts and similar goods), printed to order and shipped to you. Product descriptions, materials, sizing, and care information are listed on each product page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Printed colours and placement may vary slightly from on-screen imagery, which is illustrative.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number — only an opaque order identifier and the payment status returned by Stripe. Tax is collected where required by applicable law and shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content — product photography, designs, artwork, text, and logos — is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual-property law. Buying a tee gives you ownership of that physical garment for your personal use; it does not transfer any rights in the underlying artwork. You may not reproduce, resell as your own, or commercially exploit our designs without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass any access control, (b) reverse-engineer or scrape the Site, (c) use the Site to transmit unlawful content, (d) impersonate another person, or (e) use the products in any way that infringes a third party’s rights.

7. Orders & shipping information

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact details at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping and delivery timing are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Returns & refunds

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for the exact terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SNOOGICROCHET LTD and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products.

12. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in , and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
